Hi I’m Jaqie!
I’m a North Jersey based event planner with a passion for everything design and production. My personal style is a bit boho and mid-century modern. Elegant but also edgy. However, I honestly love creating anything and everything! For me, it’s more about the challenge (turning someone’s vision into a reality) rather than creative expression, which I think will come out naturally.
My background has shaped my event planning experience.
I’m a proud Rutgers-Newark graduate so that drive to never give up despite adversity is ingrained in me. I worked in hotel banquets for over 6 years while also attending college. Then I had the most rewarding career in the healthcare field working in cancer care for over 12 years. During that time, I did events on the side for family and friends until I decided to pursue my dream full time.
I’ve always been an artist at heart.
I love being creative in all shapes and forms. I’ve been akin to drawing, painting, and graphic design. I have also studied film acting and production for years. I believe all the floral, balloon, and custom work that I do is like exercising all those production muscles. Each event I get to produce is truly rewarding!
I am a wife and mother to five beautiful children.
I know. I have 5 LOL. Here I am with my husband and my kids circa November 2020. We both have a passion for ministry and being creative. My husband is also a trained musician and singer. When I’m not doing events, you can catch my husband and I enjoying our kids or serving the church.
